Retail execution

POSM, POP Displays & Retail Branding

Turn an approved campaign concept into a physical retail experience ready to produce and install. Quickprint develops prototypes, materials, structures and finishes for POSM and POP displays, then coordinates production, location-ready packing, distribution and installation.

Format guide

Choose the format by the job it needs to do in store.

Size and construction should follow placement, product interaction, viewing distance, campaign duration and distribution needs—not a single standard template.

  • New product launches
  • Seasonal campaigns
  • Multi-store rollouts
  • Permanent retail fixtures
01

Counter displays

Compact displays for checkout, counter or product-table areas, keeping the product and campaign message close to the point of decision.

Confirm product size, number of facings, placement area and replenishment method.
02

Floor-standing displays

Freestanding units that build campaign visibility or group products without relying on an existing store fixture.

Confirm footprint, height, load, customer circulation and store-space limits.
03

Product glorifiers & launch displays

Product-led displays that focus attention on a hero product, key feature or launch moment.

Define how the product will be placed, viewed, handled and secured.
04

Window, wall & floor graphics

Campaign graphics that use existing store surfaces to extend visibility and maintain consistent communication.

Confirm surface data, dimensions, duration, operating conditions, installation and removal method.
05

Custom mixed-material displays

Combinations of acrylic, wood, metal and printed elements for more specific forms, structures or finishes.

A prototype helps check proportion, joints, finish, stability and delivery method.
06

Longer-term retail fixtures

Display elements intended for longer use, with durability, maintenance and store integration considered from the start.

Duration, handling frequency, load and graphic-replacement needs influence construction.

Physical execution designed around where the work will live, how it will be used and what the brand needs to communicate.

What we can deliver

Scope built to fit the campaign

  • Floor and counter displays
  • Product glorifiers and launch displays
  • Window, wall and floor graphics
  • Acrylic, wood, metal and mixed-material displays
  • Campaign kits and location-coded packing
  • Distribution and installation to the agreed coverage

Material guide

Choose material by function, not appearance alone.

No single material is right for every POSM project. Duration, load, handling, store conditions, finish, distribution and budget need to be assessed together.

01

Corrugated board & paper-based construction

Best for short-term indoor campaigns and distribution where low weight is a priority.

Check product load, moisture exposure, handling frequency and assembly method.
02

PVC board & foamboard

Best for lightweight indoor displays, graphic panels and forms requiring precise cutting.

Match thickness, rigidity, exposed edges, mounting and impact risk to the application.
03

Acrylic

Best for clean, premium display details and product-led presentation.

Define thickness, colour or transparency, scratch exposure, joints and mounting method.
04

Wood-based construction

Best for displays requiring a more solid body and longer presentation life.

Consider weight, finish, packing protection, transport and site access.
05

Metal & mixed-material construction

Best for support structures or custom displays requiring a combination of strength and finish.

Coordinate frames, panels, joints, coating, assembly sequence and delivery method.

Decisions & timing

Every stage should produce an approvable decision.

The objective is not simply to make the units, but to lock function, quality, cost and multi-location readiness before production scales.

01

Brief & application context

Review the campaign objective, product, artwork, initial dimensions, quantity, locations, duration and target date.

OutputConfirmed scope inputs
02

Production recommendation

Define the format, structure, material, print method, finish and relevant alternatives.

OutputComparable production route and options
03

Prototype & approval sample

Check proportion, stability, colour, joints, finish, function and assembly method.

OutputApproved physical reference
04

Specification & location plan

Lock production specifications, quantities by location, item naming, packing sequence, schedule and installation scope.

OutputProduction, packing and location plan
05

Production & quality control

Check brand alignment, colour, dimensions, finish, stability, function and location codes at the appropriate stages.

OutputChecked units ready for packing
06

Packing, distribution & installation

Prepare location-coded packs, coordinate delivery and installation, and document completion within the agreed scope.

OutputHandover and completion records

Before quotation

Clear inputs make quotations easier to compare.

Procurement should compare the same scope and assumptions—not only the unit price.

Practical questions

Does the design need to be production-ready?+

Not always. With a reasonably clear concept, artwork, sketch or visual reference, Quickprint can help develop the production specification. The development scope should be agreed at the start.

Is there one standard material for every POSM project?+

No. Recommendations are based on duration, environment, product load, handling, visual quality, distribution method, installation and budget.

Can a prototype be made before scale production?+

Yes. A prototype or approval sample can be included in the scope to check dimensions, structure, colour, finish, function and assembly before production scales.

Can one display combine several materials?+

Yes. Acrylic, wood, metal, board materials and printed elements can be combined when they support the function and presentation. Structure, joints, weight, packing and installation still need to be assessed together.

Can a multi-location project be managed under one scope?+

Yes. The scope can include production, location-coded packing, distribution, installation and completion documentation. Location coverage and each party’s responsibilities must be defined in the quotation.

What are the minimum quantity and production lead time?+

Both depend on the design, material, prototype, quantity, production capacity, distribution scope, installation and approval date. A realistic quantity and schedule can be confirmed after the initial scope review.

What is needed for an initial quotation?+

Share the intended application, design reference, dimensions, quantity, locations, target date, packing, distribution and installation needs, plus a budget range if available. Any open assumptions should be stated clearly in the quotation.
