1. Website use

This website provides general information about Quickprint's production capabilities, services, projects and contact channels. You may use it for lawful business purposes and must not interfere with its security, availability or operation.

2. Inquiries, RFQs and project information

You are responsible for ensuring that project information, specifications, quantities, dimensions, locations, schedules, files, rights to supplied materials and instructions are sufficiently accurate for evaluation. Company information may be provided later if you do not wish to disclose it during the first contact.

3. Estimates, quotations and purchase orders

Initial estimates are indicative until scope, specifications, quantities, locations, schedules, taxes, delivery, installation and other assumptions are confirmed. A quotation remains valid for the period stated in it. A project is accepted after written confirmation, contract, required deposit or a purchase order received by Quickprint in accordance with the quotation terms.

4. Changes, schedules and approvals

Changes after approval may affect price and schedule. Completion dates depend on timely design approval, site readiness, materials, access, payment and required information. Digital proofs, samples, shop drawings or mock-ups should be checked before approval.

5. Materials, brands and intellectual property

By supplying logos, designs, photographs, data or other materials, you confirm that you have the permissions needed for Quickprint to use them to evaluate and deliver the project. Each party retains ownership of its materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. WhatsApp, email and Relay

Communications through WhatsApp, email, forms or Relay may be recorded for service, source attribution, RFQ follow-up, estimates, sales and purchase orders. An initial click or message is not automatically treated as a real lead; lead status is updated after the team responds or receives an RFQ. Data use is explained further in the Privacy Policy.

7. Information, quality and responsibility

We aim to keep website information accurate, but general website content does not replace written specifications or commitments for a particular project. Warranties, acceptance, remedies, cancellation, delay and limits of liability follow the applicable quotation, contract or purchase order and any law that cannot be excluded.

8. Third-party services

The website and communication channels may use third-party services such as WhatsApp/Meta, Google, hosting providers, analytics and technical services. Those services may have their own terms and policies. Quickprint does not control the availability of or changes to third-party platforms.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We may update them when the website, systems, services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
